150th Anniversary Celebration Tribute Concert

On February 5, at 3:00PM, there will be a concert celebrating the 150th Anniversary of the First Congregational Church, Riverside, on the corner of Mission Inn Avenue and Lemon Streets.

The music will be a historical journey through all periods of classical music that would have been performed in the last 150 years with an emphasis on music written between 1872 and today.

The program will include a talented string quartet comprised of professional musicians who play and teach in the Inland Empire. They work and perform in many groups including the Redlands Symphony, Redlands University, and Mount San Antonio College. The members are Irene Shiao, violin; Colleen Coomber, violin; Kira Blumberg, viola; and Ben Brostrom, cello.

Also performing are dual pianists, Linda Corbitt and Tim Kelley. They are both accomplished musicians active in the community and at First Congregational Church in Riverside. They both retired at the end of 2019 and have enjoyed playing two-piano duets together the last two years.

There will be a reception following the concert.

Please join us at 3504 Mission Inn Ave., February 5, 3:00pm.
